Chapter 2: The Landscape of Flavors: Asian Foodscape in the U.S.
The foodscape of Asian cultures in the U.S. ranges from Taiwanese popcorn chicken in San Gabriel Valley to Sri Lankan roti in Staten Island, NY and many places and cultures in between. Exploring topics like tokenism, collectivism and cultural demographics, this chapter discusses the various Asian-American ethnic enclaves established throughout the U.S. and their unique meaning to their respective communities.
Chapter 10: A Bridge Back Home: Comfort Food in Thai Culture
Through the lens of various restaurant menus, interviews with second-generation Thai Americans and a landscape of the first official Thai Town in Los Angeles, this chapter explores the conversation between comfort and authenticity in Thai food.

These reports serve to represent the Hands at Work brand and model as well as give an update on community processes to partners across North America and the UK.

As the Editor-in-Chief for The Biolan Yearbook, I led a team of creatives in designing a book that captured the year 2019-2020. Our hope for this year's book was to highlight the diversity on campus, not just in ethnicity, but in stories, faith walks, personalities & passions.
The Biolan Yearbook 2020-2021
The 2020-2021 yearbook was created entirely online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This year taught me a lot about meeting publication deadlines even in the midst of a challenging year online.
